Laidback, Affordable, and Community-Focused
Welcome To Newbury Park
the details
Newbury Park
Located in the northern part of Thousand Oaks, Newbury Park enjoys cooler temperatures due its proximity just over the mountains from the beach, as well as bigger yards. There are some older areas, as well as the newer Dos Vientos, the largest and newest planned community in the Conejo Valley. Many Amgen employees find this area attractive for their work commute.
